Setting up an account – If you are a new user

If you have previously registered for this event or any of our other events, your log in details will stay the same across all our FluidReview sites.

Step 1: Go to https://wrbookings.thegrocernewproductawards.co.uk.

 

Step 2: Click ‘Register’ under the ‘Create an Account’ header.

 

 

Step 3: Fill out the below details and press ‘Create Account’ at the bottom of the page.

 

 

Step 4: You will then receive a confirmation email containing a link. Make sure you click on this link to activate your account. Once you have done this, you will be able to log in using the below process.

Please note, emails from FluidReview may automatically be sent to your spam or junk folder. Please make sure you check these folders. If you have not received an email within 2 hours please contact Jessica Harris on 01293 610 354 or by email Jessica.Harris@wrbm.com.

Signing in

If you have previously registered for this event or any of our other events, your log in details will stay the same across all our FluidReview sites.

Step 1: Enter the email address your account is registered with and the corresponding password in the ‘Sign In’ box below.

Completing your Entrant Details form

Step 1: You will now be at your account home page. From here you need to begin filling out your ‘Entrant Details’ form. Click ‘Start’.

 

 

Step 2: You will now need to fill in the following information.

 

 

Step 3: If your payment details are different from the contact details select ‘No’ to expand further address fields. Please ensure you select the correct payment country as this will determine your VAT.

Please note that we need a contact name to be able to raise your invoice. ‘Accounts’ or department names will not be accepted.

 

 

Step 4: You will now need to select your company turnover and payment method. The turnover you select will determine the rate you pay. If you are paying by invoice an additional box will appear for you to input your purchase order number, if applicable.

Please note, if it comes to light that you incorrectly declare a lower annual turnover your entry will become invalid.

Please note, that the invoice option is only valid for orders of 2 or more entries. Invoice requests for less than this will not be processed.

 

 

Step 6: Please ensure you read and accept our Terms of Entry, to review these please refer to: https://www.thegrocernewproductawards.co.uk/terms-of-entry/. Once your form is complete click ‘Save & Continue’.

Step 7: Once your form has been saved you will then see a message on your home screen. Please follow the next steps to purchase your entries.

Purchasing your entries

Step 1: From your account home page click ‘View Entries’.

 

Step 2: You now need to select the amount of entries you wish to submit. To do so edit the figure within the quantity box and click ‘Add to cart’.

 

 

Step 3: Once these have been added to your cart they will appear at the bottom of the page with a number to show how many entries you have added.

 

 

Step 4: Click on the arrow to expand this view. If you would like to change the amount you can simply edit the box within this bar. If you are happy with the amount of entries please click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

If you are paying by card – if not please see ‘If you are paying by invoice

Step 5: You will automatically be directed to our payment portal Stripe. Fill out your payment details and click ‘Pay’.

If you are paying by invoice

Step 4: You will see a message at the top of the screen to show your entries have been applied to your account. To complete your entries click ‘View my list’.

Completing your entries

Step 1: Click ‘Edit’ next to each entry to fill out your Product Details form.

 

 

Step 2: Click ‘Start’ next to your ‘Product Details’ task.

 

 

Step 3: You will now need to fill out the following information about your product including the product category. To see a list of categories please click here. If you are entering an alcoholic product an additional box will appear at the bottom of the form for you to input your ABV%. This will only appear if you have selected this category.

Please note some questions below have a word limit.

If your retailer is not listed in the above drop box, please select other and a box will appear for you to free type this information into.

 

 

Step 4: Once you have filled out all the details on the form you will then need to save your form. At the bottom of the page click ‘Save & Continue’.

 

 

Step 5: You now need to submit your entry. If you do not press submit your entry is not complete. Then click ‘Continue’. Once you have submitted your entry you will no longer be able to make any changes to it.

You can now go back and complete the rest of your entries using the same steps above.
